MonsterClean is locally owned and operated by Henderson resident Dave Chrisman, who has worked in this industry since 1999 and obtained Master Textile Cleaner status in 2005 from the IICRC. MonsterClean is an approved service provider by the Carpet & Rug Institute. We use environmentally friendly 'green seal of approval' products that are safe for your family and your pets while being bio-degradable and ecologically sound. We use van powered equipment, (the most powerful equipment available in the carpet cleaning industry) so your carpet will dry quicker and stay clean longer. We have many references available upon request. We stand behind our work...if you are not completely satisfied we will rush back to your home and re-clean your area of concern. Our specialty is restorative cleaning and often help customers breathe new life into their old carpets. MonsterClean is a member of The Henderson-Henderson County Chamber of Commerce.

Wonderful job! They made the tile in my kitchen look like new. I live in a very old home with original tile so you can imagine my surprise when suddenly it looked like new.

Monster clean was fantastic. They gave me a call when they were on their way, they were on my doorstep exactly ON TIME! Which if you don't know is a quality not found in all upholstery and carpet cleaners. The man outside my door was well kept, professional and knowledgeable. He introduced himself as Dave and I quickly introduced him to my dirty sofa! He got his equipment and explained every part of this process to me. From there I just played a couple games on my phone and before I knew it my sofa looked as good as new. This came as a shock to me because I was sure it was ruined. He then explained how long it needed to dry and was on his way. Quick, easy, prompt and professional. That was a great experience.

The provider was very personable and professional. We walked through the house and agreed on the areas covered in the $99-for-three-rooms special that I had prepaid. I asked for prices on other areas, and the quotes were fair and reasonable. In areas where we agreed that he only clean traffic lanes, he actually did more than just those lanes. He moved and replaced furniture carefully and used leg protectors. The carpets were left looking really clean and refreshed, and they dried quickly. The provider was even nice to my dog! I was very happy with the service and the results.

Carpet looked clean except three or four spots he could not get clean. The dog had vomited after eating orange dog food. We had cleaned the spots after discovering them early in the morning but they had dried and left a faint orange stain. He just said there are a few spots I can't get clean. We did not see any special effort to get these spots.

As we discussed prior to beginning our cleaning service of your carpets, any spots previously treated with consumer products may be permanent and not possible to be removed with ANY type of cleaning. Please refer to IICRC.org for reference on these types of stain removal problems. MonsterClean cleaned your carpet on October 31, 2013 and even though March 2014 is well past a reasonable service warranty period, please call our office at 270-860-9257 to see if we can rectify our failure to meet your expectations."

I asked for an afternoon appointment, and they arrived right on time at 5 PM; the crew worked diligently, taking care to protect the corners of the walls from their hoses dragging. Their work was professional and they worked extra hard to remove a couple of tough spots. They took time after they were done to walk me through the house, to be sure I was satisfied.

Perfect! Our carpet looks great. Dave took his time, and did a great job! He also gave me a free bottle of their stain remover! We couldn't be happier with the services provided. He was also very punctual and friendly. Great experience.

Dave cleaned carpets on two floors of our condo. He arrived promptly, did a quick overview of the areas, and then began cleaning. Our dog was nervous about him and barked for a while but Dave made friends with him. He did a very efficient job and the end result was a very good-looking carpet. Dave was able to get out several spots that a previous cleaner had not been able to do. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend MonsterClean as a good company.

The crew at MonsterClean did an amazing job. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They went straight to work, knowing exactly what they were doing even though I had various types of spots around my work area. My carpets look brand new. Best of all the large ink stain from the pen I dropped and didn't know about is completely gone, as well as the paint and coffee spot. I will be using this company again and would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

They did an impeccable job and made the carpets look like new. Prompt, professional, courteous and uniformed. Very careful to protect the freshly painted baseboards from their hoses. I would recommend anyone give this carpet cleaning company a call before replacing their carpet.
