The plumber that I was using contacted him for me. He came out within an hour or so after the plumber called. I was really thankful for that. He came out and just repaired the wire that got jarred lose. I had never met him before in my life and that was my first experience with him. If I have to have another electrician I will go back to them. He's not overly friendly, he was on the quiet side. He was personable but not overly friendly.
