I have used them more than once, with good results--if you can get them to show up or call you back. The people who answer the phones don't seem very interested in customers. And if you leave a message with one of them, you may never get a call back from an electrician. If you do finally talk with an electrician and schedule an appointment, maybe they'll show up, and maybe not. They are expensive. They do good work, but dealing with them is very frustrating.
