31-W INSULATION CO TRIM WINDOW

After the crew left I went out to my car and found that they had left several pieces of siding insulation just thrown in yard and not put back behind siding. I went around entire house to see how much more was left and found there were several places. They also moved all of my furniture away from walls on front porch, some of which had fallen off of my porch and I found that they did not move the concrete statue in front of a table before pulling it out and just mowed it over with which broke it. I literally had items off of my front porch laying in my yard in the bushes that are up against porch. I contacted David with 31W, who also gave me estimate and over the installers. I informed him of the insulation being left out of siding and he didn't seem to happy he had to come out and put it back. I also informed him that they did not put furniture back, had some thrown in my bushes and broke a statue. He didn't act like that was a big deal or offer to replace the broken item. After inspecting the porch I went inside and inspected outside walls for temperature change. I found a spot that was still cold and wind coming through pores of plaster. We live in a very old farmhouse that has old plaster and no insulation so without insulation wind comes through walls. I contacted David and he stated that the installers said they couldn't get the siding up in that spot to drill a hole. I told him that they did not tell me that or I would have told them to drill through the siding in that one spot. The spot is a 10 foot by 1 foot area so it isn't a small area. He said he would come out and look at area and contact me. A week later I called and he hadn't come out to look and that the guys said they put insulation in that area. I told him that they did in part of the wall but not that spot. He said he would have to come look at it. Finally he came out and I showed him where the area was and told him that I am ok with them drilling the siding to get insulation in there because the wind hits that corner of the house hard and can make that bedroom a freezer. He said he would have someone there the following week when they got the caps in that they ordered. No one showed and no call. I called back and he said he didn't tell me that. My husband was right there with me and heard it. He said, once again, he would get them out as soon as possible. I contacted him after another two weeks and he was on vacation. I called the week he got back and he said they must have forgotten that he would have them come out. Well that was over a week ago and still have not gotten it done. So it is now February 17th and I have been told for a month and a half that this was going to be fixed and it has not. We are having negative wind chills this entire week and tomorrow it will be -25 wind chill. I hope he is home warm in his bedroom while we are in an icebox. Yes, just that one area can cause that. Another thing is that David acts like I am inconveniencing him over this and I feel is lying to me at this point. I have a call into the manager because I obviously have went above and beyond giving David chances to make this right.
