I looked very hard for the right person for this job. It was pretty much a dream house for my wife and I and I wanted everything to be perfect. Vince Wheeler and his team exceeded my expectations. Because we have large dogs we chose a natural water based finish and we are very pleased with how it looks.  Vince even came out to add the base moulding to the center island for us.  He is very knowledgeable and very prompt.  I highly recommend Vince and will use him again. He has given us a quote to add hardwood to the family room and we will definitely have him do the job if we decide to go with hardwood there. The boards he replaced in the bathroom are a perfect match by the way. 

Vince's price was reasonable for the work he performed. He was the only contractor who quoted three coats of urethane finish. He and his employees were here when they said they would be and also finished when they said they would be finished. Our floors look as good or better than when they were brand new. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Vince is good at what he does. Everything was done just as he said it would be. The kitchen looks brand new with a very nice satin finish. The other hardwood looks like it can last a very long time without having to be refinished. I was out of town the week of the work and my wife was working during the week. Vince kept her informed on what he was doing and explained what she should not be doing during the work. His cleanup was awesome. We didn't have to do anything. I would use Vince again in a heartbeat if I need work to be done to my hardwood.

I did a lot of research prior to choosing a flooring refinisher. They were prompt and knowledgeable. Also, we had some stains on our hardwood floors, and they were the only business who was honest and upfront on some of the stains they felt they may not be able to remove. The results really exceeded our expectations and we were very pleased with the turnout of the project. They did some additional work in a closet for us, and still kept to their initial quote.
