 + -1 moreWilliam Smith contacted and refused to give us any kind of an estimate unless we gave him our address first. When we explained that we did not have time to meet everyone who answered our ad he became belligerent and used profane language.
Description of Work: We had placed an ad online asking for an estimate on having some work around our home done. We clearly stated in the ad that we expected an estimate and the people we liked would be contacted to come and give us a firm price.
