Justin was so kind and good with the dog. I have a little rescue who is afraid of anything new. It rained the day he put the fence in and he had to come back for training. What patience! I would highly recommend him and his service.

Justin was amazing. I purchased this system through a competitor with a brand name (Invisible Fence). I am now sorry I did not purchase through Justin. I called in the morning because the system was down due to an aeration damage problem and I.F. said they could not get to me for a week. Justin fit me in that afternoon and found the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend buying your new system or having repairs done by Dog Guard of Greater Cincinnati.

Top quality equipment with top quality customer service. It would have been nice to get the fence closer to the back of my property but there are bushes there that may have been the reason the fence is 8' off of the property line. We decided to change from an open plan to a figure 8 (prevent dogs from going to front yard without going through house) and modification was quick and reasonable.

They were so good training our two dogs about the fence. We have had no issues with training or with the fence itself since it was installed.
