I took my truck to them the 1st of July, The truck would shift down into third gear by itself and i would have to stop and restart to get it going back in drive. I took the truck to Tim Shorts, the service manager said his computer was broke and he was sending it off and didn't have a good idea when it would return. They are the only dealer Dodge Chrysler dealer in a 50 mile radius. I had no choice but to take it to them.
I have called and visited this shop numerous times and have been given the run-a-round. I called them again yesterday and actually asked them if they had been driving my truck because, I have had that happen before. I never was able to talk with the Service manager, but i was directed to the service desk after being on hold for approx. 5 min. The gentlemen told me that they was going to pull the truck in and get on it this evening and that it should be ready today. He never offered to call me when it was ready, I asked him what i needed to do and he said just call tomorrow.
I am sure once they get it fixed, if they do, my bill will be astronomical. I will never take a vehicle to them again, nor will i ever purchase one from their dealership.
They have actually had my truck more than 2 Months. Can you believe this. I work for a Caterpillar Dealer we sell and service heavy equipment, and my customers would never except this kind of service.
