 + -1 moreThey were rude, and impatient. They came to install these, and they argued with me about which one has to be installed first. I loaned them my tools, and even assisted with the installation. I had them two days and I was disappointed with the product. I called to say I wanted to return them. They refused to take them back although I offered to pay the restocking and travel costs. They said the only way I could return it would be if I hauled it back to the store myself. I am still stuck with these machines. Sears was totally uncoopertive. I have been doing business with them for 30 years. I will never buy a product from this store as long as I live.
Description of Work: They installed a washer and dryer.
