I have had a roof leak since installation and they WILL not follow up on fixing it. John Grigsby has supposedly been out one day two weeks ago and told me he calked the aread where he thought it was leaking HOWEVER it is still leading and on his text he said "I'll send someone out to "calk it" tomorrow but I'm in SC having a new baby and I'm busy".....No one ever showed up of course and I've now text him about 20 times and it shows where he "reads" them and doesn't reposnd. I had to call Castles Roofing to see if they could look at it for me and they immediatley chuckled and said good luck when I told them who initally installed my roof which tells me I'm not the only one they won't follow up with. Their exact words were "they blew in when tornado hit and made a lot of money off folks and now won't return calls or do any repair work needed from their installations".......PATHETIC

Installers showed up on time, work was done as agreed. Neat job, cleaned up and removed the old guttering after the work was finished. My old gutter guards were unusable, so they agree to return a third time the next day and install new gutter guards.Good people to deal with- very knowledgeable about their profession.
Description of Work: Installed 11 foot section of guttering and downspout.
