Flooring
The flooring looked fine at first, but after a while, I began to notice nail holes in the wood. They had nailed the hardwood floors down in front of my kitchen sink and covered the holds with wood filler. After a few times of damp mopping, the filler came out and there are dozens of dirty looking nail holes in the flooring. Also the flooring is not laid together closely enough and dirt gets into the seams. The finish on the wood was guaranteed 15 years but has already worn off in higher traffic areas.
