SHELBY'S HVAC

Since Shelby's HVAC did not come to fix the problem, I contacted another contractor for the furnace/AC Company who was located in Frankfort. He came on 7/26/13 and fixed the problem within one hour. He thoroughly checked my furnace, under the crawl space, and figured out that the end of my drain line was buried in dirt on the outside of my house. Shelby told me that on one of the occasions that he blew out the drain line. This guy told me that it would be impossible to blow out the line when the end is buried. A lot of water came out of the line once it was unclogged from the dirt and there has not been any more issues. During this time, I also discovered that Shelby did not register my furnace/AC when he installed it which cost me 5 years of warranty. I have already filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Furnace/AC company.

If you are in a hurry, I do not recommend this company.

They really did good work at a good price.  Nice guys and worked at a great pace without cutting any corners.  Left no mess.  Shelby is a little hard to catch on phone unless you have his cell # and is not the best at returning messages left at his office.  However, that said, he has no office staff and is out working and he will eventually get back too you.  My calls have never been urgent so he knew he did not have to respond to an emergency.  He has moved his office to Bohon Road.  I would use again as he tries to do good work.
