When Mr. Feeback came to unclog the defrost, I had the unit pulled out ready to go.  My wife had pulled an all nighter, so I asked us to be considerate of that.  I asked if there were anything that needed to be cleaned up and prepared for draining.  He said yes, you need some towels and a pan of some kind.  Which I retrieved to have ready for him.  He went to work on the back of the unit and removed a piece of rubber which he said causes a lot of clogs.  
Then we moved to the front to drain the unit.  We took out the top shelf of the drawer.  Then we started on the bottom shelf.  Because I'd already worked on it, I knew how heavy it was.  I said, let me get the food out.
Just when I'm thinking we're about to get things done and that we found a good appliance person in our new neighborhood, he shocked me by what he did next.  
He stood up and said, "I can't work like this.  You'll have to get someone else." 
I asked "Why, because I know how heavy the food is and don't want my freezer drawer damaged?"  (I had already tried to remove the drawer on Sunday when this all started - I knew it was impossible to do with the food in because of how the compartment was made.)
There was no answer.  And I asked, "What do I need to do next?"
Mr. Feeback said "You'll have to figure that out yourself."
Then he picked up his stuff and walked out.
I was doing a lot of prep work in order to help things go smoothly.  But his actions today demonstrates WHY the people in this industry are perceived as having a bad attitude.  The said part is, until that very moment, I thought we found a good one.  I was going to give him a great recommendation.  But he blew it.

My experience with them was good. They were timely and the price was good. They did a good job.

The washing machine came with the house we purchased 5 years ago, and always had problems with the hot water. (Cold water's ok, no shrinking, very little fading). Recently we had problems with the cold water working sporadically and then quit altogether, which caused a problem because the rinse cycles were all cold... I googled large appliance repair in Harrodsburg area, and came up with FEEBACK Appliance Svc, checked them in Angie's List - they were listed but no reviews. I chose to call them, they asked me the age of the washer and symptoms, and quoted a $40 visit fee, and approximately $50 if it was the sensor as he suspected. They came, replace the piece (The filter on the hot water side of the sensor was caked with sediment from the hard water, and the cold selanoid was burned out). Now we can use the washer again - even hot water...
