First and foremost, their entire staff, including the owner, are completely unprofessional.
Their quality of work was fair when they actually showed up to perform work. They spent most of their time on other jobs and turned a 3 day job into a 2 1/2 week job that they never finished. Of course, one reason they never finished is because I asked them not to come back.
Their 6-man crew stole drinks out of our refrigerator and just made themselves at home. They stored food in our fridge without asking, drank beers and water without asking, and proceeded to sit around and smoke on our furniture that we had to store in our garage while the flooring work was supposed to be completed. My wife and I had to clean up after them repeatedly. I will admit that there was one guy on their crew that worked hard when he was here but the rest of the crew joked and smoked the whole time.
They never presented me with any kind of formal contract and are lucky I'm even paying them at all. After firing them I had another installer come in and he completed all the work, by himself, in 2 days.
So, if you want things to go missing in your house, enjoy cleaning up other people's messes, and want your job to take 10 times longer than expected, by all means use this installer.

They did an excellent job and my son is very pleased with their work. We will use them again in the future.
