He came in. Removed his shoes. Checked the every thing out and was courteous to my wife. And he did not take advantage of my wife's naivity like some other big name heating companies I've used. (700 dollars for installing a thermostat). He charged only for parts and labor that I needed. I will be using he service again.

They were extremely prompt and professional. As far as there work and ease to get along with I would give them an A.
