Excellent. Mark Howard was outstanding in all aspects. He returned my calls and was on time when making the initial on-site visit to review the scope of the project. Mark also furnished local past customer references which was very appreciated. Scheduling was completed in a timely manner, his crew installed a quality product and cleaned up my property when finished, and the overall finished appearance was excellent. I would recommend MRI for any roofing needs.
