On the day of the appointment, one person showed up to give us an idea on what to do.  For the most part, my husband moved the items around after he was directed on what to do.  I do understand that the provider cannot determine what to throw away for us, but it was expected that there was more assistance with moving the items themselves.  The person did recommend a mobile paper shredder company that came on a separate day.  We were satisfied with the shredder company's service.  Outside of a few organization tips, we probably could have hired a mobile junk removal company and mobile shredder ourselves.  Maybe we were expecting more than what the deal provided.

After a few scheduling problems, Pamela did a fantastic job cleaning my house.  She brought her own cleaning supplies and cleaned every nook and corner.  My house sparkled when she left.

I purchased a deal from AL in June of 2013 which involved four hours of labor to organize some things in our home.  I had six months to use it, and received repeated calls to schedule the visit.  I explained that I wasn't in a rush, but kept getting calls to schedule.  I guess I can't penalize them for wanting to honor the deal, though it was a bit annoying.  But to be clear, the woman who initially contacted me, Daryl, was always very polite and professional.
The real problem was the quality of the service.  The woman who came to do the work, Melissa, talked more than she worked, and while she did do a decent job of organizing some of our stuff, it was hardly enough to justify the amount of time she was at our house, two hours.  She told us to order some racks, that she would come back and install and finish the job (the remaining two hours).  After we ordered the racks, my wife tried multiple times to reschedule with Melissa, and each time there was a conflict.  My wife finally told her that it was too difficult to reschedule and we'd just bag it, to which she responded "OK."
In short, this was a waste of time and money from our perspective.  I wouldn't use them again.

It was a bigger project than I anticipated and took longer than what I expected but the final results were wonderful.  
 We (Melissa from Confusion Solutions and myself) cleared out the majority of the contents of the garage, sorted through items to keep, sell, donate, trash or take to the hazardous dump.  I went through years of paperwork , magazines and such.  
Over time I had kept storing items in the garage until it got to the point I had a small area to wash clothes (thank goodness that was just inside the door)  and to reach any tools I had to pull out boxes or crawl over stuff.  Now I can walk in there and see from front to back and I know where everything is.  One of my goals was  to store my holiday decorations in the garage (instead of the attic).  I was amazed at the space that was created and how much room I had to store my decorations and still  move about!! I still have a few items to sell to make even more room however it was a real gift to myself to have such  a big project done!  I used their introductory special for four hours of work at $120.00.  I made a commitment to myself I was not going to put it off any longer AND to finish it! Melissa from Confusion Solutions is a professional!  She  is punctual, always confirms her appointments and really enjoys what she does.  She is knowledgeable, has the resources for services we needed (i.e.  shredding company and a trash hauler), she works fast, had the answers to a myriad of questions on organizing, helped me make work through making decisions on items I didn't know what to do with, and made suggestions on what storage items I needed to optimize the space for greater capacity.   There were a lot of times where I found myself overwhelmed by the project, that is why I had avoided starting it in the first place.  However,  Melissa easily was able to  see the project in manageable pieces, categorize and prioritize and had a plan on how to approach it all..very solution oriented!! What I also loved about the experience is that I got into the habit of wanting to keep other things better organized so it spilled into other parts of my house as well!
 I would highly recommend Confusion Solutions.

The cleaner did not come on the specified date. Then they send someone else on the next day.  The cleaning was fair.  There were spots that were missed. And the person took a break during the 6-hour period.

The service went well. One person came out and did a good job. They brought their own supplies and cleaned the entire upstairs. I had no issues contacting the company and scheduling the service.

provider did a good job but only managed to do about half of what i
expected.  this may be due the allotted time frame.  the cleaning of the
bathroom was pretty mediocre,  a large amount of mold remained. Again this may be due to the alotted time and the fact that the cleaning was a promotion at a lower price from angies list.  In my experience these tend to be of lesser quality than if the service was bought without a promotion.  But provider was very timely, professional and accomodating.

The cleaning was originally purchased in early December.  However, the service was not available until February.  This was frustrating since I purchased the cleaning to prepare for a Christmas eve party.  When the service was performed, the cleaner was prompt and patient when I was late arriving.  Overall, the experience was good, but not great.

Daryl has been very nice and helpful. She seems to know what she is doing. She gave me a lot of good pointers for organization. She is very easy to contact over the phone and is very responsive. I wish she would have been more responsive through email, however. She has still not come back for the rest of the service. I have a lot more things to have organize and I think the next time she comes back I will need her to be more specific on how I should organize my things. I certainly look forward to having the service completed when she is scheduled for next week.

Update: She never came back to complete the deal a second time. She didn't respond via e-mail at all and that was very frustrating. The most recent contact with her, she never followed up with me despite promising one of her workers would come out and when I followed up for confirming an appointment she was unresponsive. She does not follow up with her promises and I would stay away from this vendor. I would like to get my money back from this deal.
