I called Pollard Electrical for an estimate on a new electrical box and installing can lights in my home. During my first call Marcus Pollard informed me they were close and if it were convenient, they could be at my home within the hour. They arrived promptly and assessed what needed to be done. Mr. Pollard took the time to explain the box replacement process to me and let me know that a bid would be emailed to me. I received the bid as promised later the same evening. Pollard Electrical scheduled my requested work and arrived on time. The crew was polite and professional. Mr. Pollard and the crew took the time to explain what they were doing during the process. Upon completion, they left my home in good condition. My electrical box is now safe, up to code and I have beautiful can lighting installed/
