He communicated well, worked well with me, and accommodated my requests for non-standard parts. There were slight delays due to the tile warehouse not having the requested tile, but otherwise things went smoothly and beautifully.

Bevin was great. It looks amazing.

I am happy I used Bevan's service again. He was very patient In addressing my concerns found during the project. I plan on using his service for any future remodeling jobs.

Repaired the floor of a standup shower. Removed the existing tile and underlying cement floor. Poured a new cement floor and laid new tile and grout. Excellent job and finished as promised within 48 hrs.

Bevan did a total remodel of my bathroom. He provided excellent service by himself and also by competent sub-contractors for the tile work, electrical work, and counter tops and cabinets. I was totally satisfied with his work. There was one callback for a split piece of trim. He promptly ordered another piece and replaced the split trim. I plan to use him again for a total kitchen remodel. He is extremely competent, punctual, and trustworthy. He did a wonderful job on my bathroom! I highly recommend his remodeling services!

Bevin provided insight to help a kitchen remodel project. I moved the kitchen from one room to the other. It involved framing, instalation of new doorways, and replacement of old windows. He was at all times professional, and was always on site as scheduled. The cabinets look great, and my kids love the new kitchen.

Bevin, was punctual, and intially I knew what I wanted, but after discussion with Bevin, he provided insightfull changes. He is definitely experienced, honest, and reseanonable. The house is 35 years old, and now I have a brand new master bathroom.

I was looking for assistance with some plumbing work to get my basement renovation project back on schedule. I was hoping not to have to get a large contractor involved. I considered Kevin after reading reviews on Angieslist. I called him and we discussed what I was looking for. I was very pleased with his responses and suggestions.  Once we decided the scope of his involvement we settled on his fee and schedule. He stuck to the schedule, performed the work, which we even extended on-the-fly to include soffit framing, completed all the work professionally and proved to be of great assistance.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bevan.  I had bought my
first home a few months back and was very nervous in finding the right
contractor that would help me remove a load bearing and non-load bearing
wall in my kitchen.  Bevan was very professional during the entire
process and I plan on using his services to complete my future
projects.

We were happy with his work and pleased with the finished project.  Bevan was helpful in the selection process (of the fixtures) and then was very cooperative and flexible about scheduling the installation once the parts were all in.  I know he normally prefers bigger jobs but he was great about "fitting us in."   He stayed in touch with me about scheduling and showed up when promised.  I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we have the need.

I contacted Bevan from reading Angie's List reviews. After working with other contractors who did not show up, communicate, or charged too much, it was a pleasure working with Bevan. He did a great job, was easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend him.

We had to make repairs and upgrade a bathroom before putting our house on the market. We contacted Bevan based on the good reviews from Angies List and we were not disappointed. We had a limited budget and he worked with us to do the most for what we could afford. The work was done in two weeks and the results are beautiful.

This is the second time I have had Mr. Kushner work on a project in my home. He did an excellent job, provided an exact estimate, arrived promptly and cleaned up.

Bevan was outstanding.  He is a very good communicator, excellent at pricing.  His estimate was exact!  He and his guys were prompt, they worked quickly and efficiently.  The area was cleaned at the end of every day.  I would have Bevan do a large project any time!  He is honest and upfront about all the details of the job.  He does not project his taste onto his customer, but will gently suggest you go in the right direction.  It is certainly evident that Bevan has many years of experience and many satisfied customers.

Overall it went very smoothly.

He took out the tub, the tile, and the fixtures. He is excellent. He put in a shower stall with porcelain tile. He also put in a new floor with porcelain tile. He installed the commode, the pedestal sink, and all of the fixtures. He's always on time. He always works continuously. There are no breaks. He does take a half hour for lunch. When he was here, he worked the day. He does subcontract for the porcelain tile work. The people that he had were really good. They were very timely. He's very cooperative and very easy to work with. I cannot say enough about him. He's very professional.

What a relief to find someone who shows up on time. Bevan did a great job and is a trustworthy person.

Bevan remodeled our bathroom a year ago and we were very pleased with the results.  Since then, whenever I have a plumbing predicament or other carpentry job, he is the person I call to help.  Last summer I had a "leak" around the base of a toilet, and Bevan stopped by to take care of the problem.  When my husband and I decided to turn our laundry room into a "workout" facility, Bevan was able to perform all of the above jobs in just one day.  He is always very punctual and professional and I would highly recommend him for a major remodeling like a kitchen or bath as well as small jobs that a homeowner cannot perform themselves.
