I woke up to the sound of dripping in my bedroom - then a part of the roof opened and water gushed everywhere. Of course it was raining that day - called several people who wouldn't come. Mark said he would though - he even went up on the roof in the rain to determine where the leak was. I was only in town for one day in between trips - he couldn't tell how serious it was but told me he'd come back over the weekend and take a better look and fix - said he'd send a quote after he thoroughly checked and let me know before he started work. He did as he promised and fixed the leak over memorial day weekend when I was out of town. Very friendly, did a great job at a super reasonable price. If I ever have another leak I will definitely call him.

The guy had a truck full of different things that he can use for his job.  He was good.  The price was reasonable.  He got the job done.  He was efficient.

I was able to work directly with the owner. He listened to my concerns & was able to quickly determine what needed to be done to fix the roof & gutter. He was super professional (not always easy to find with a roofing company!) & courteous. The problems were totally taken care of. If I ever have another issue with my roof or need to have it replaced, I will be calling Assured Roofing!

Mark Cox called us Tuesday morning (as agreed) to discuss the acceptability of a shingle choice as he had a supply on hand and could use them on our roof.  He explained things thoroughly,  arrived on time, got to work immediately and finished the job in a very timely manner.  He is personable, certainly seems  knowledgeable of his field and very importantly, was available and answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon.  Though Mark could not get to the repair itself until Tuesday, he was here on Sunday to assist us and we had a time/date when the repair would be done.  Also, we all felt it better to do the repair when it wasn't raining, if possible.

I called Mark, he came out, he measured our chimney, and came back when the parts where in and fixed the leak we had from our chimney.
