JEFF'S COUNTRY FLORIST

Description of Work: We ordered the flowers from Jeff's Country Florist for my fathers viewing. If we wanted them we had to order over the phone with out seeing anything. And the lady just pulled it up on fb to see what they had cause they was not there. The tall casket flowers and two side flowers. He opened for the family at 3 pm on a Wed afternoon and before 8 am there was petals on the floor and on my father it was just simply falling apart. My sister called and the lady hung up on her. When the owner Jeff Sneed and his wife got there they rushed in and pushed past people paying respects, even brushing one person to get up there to be loud and proclaiming everything the flowers was fine nothing was wrong very loudly and rude. then he started jerking flowers out and slinging them to his wife and the floor. he all the time proclaiming they was fine. then frailing his arms and asking what we wanted him to do . all the time my poor 70+ year old mama is watching the flowers being ripped out tossed, friends and loved ones being walked in front of and even brushed in his mad fit. I came back the next morning at 6:30 they usually open the door at 7 am, he was there with a hand full of more flowers, I tried to be nice and thank him for taking care of it and he started in on how everything was fine nothing was wrong from the start! Instead of simply saying nothing. and then rushed out the door leaving more flowers that should have been replaced. More greenery was drying out.
