Air unit works great now!

Excellent! Called and got an appointment for 2 days later. The maintenance man was very professional and thorough. Thankfully the only problem with my AC unit was a broken wire. It only cost about 80 dollars. They charge 50 dollars just to diagnose the problem. It is a bit higher than other places but the quality of service is well worth the price. My AC unit is still working well. I would definitely use their services again.

Heat would not kick on. Found out birds had built a nest in the intake. Came out quickly and had the heat on.

My original call was because my HVAC unit was not putting out much cold air. A serviceman came out the same day, took the unit apart, fixed a small leak and recharged the gasses. When it was still not operating properly, he did some gymnastics credible to a circus performer and removed part of the duct work to access the back side of the system. There he discovered the coils were solidly covered with mold and mildew which he removed with a wire brush. He then cleaned off the coils and reassembled the whole thing. Great job, made recommendations about the future of my system, cleaned up and left. The floor was wet from the cleaning. Two days later the floor was still wet, so I called again and a different tech came out. He found a plug in my drain hose from the extensive gunk that was loosened during the original cleaning. There was no charge for the follow-up and everything is great a week later! Both techs were professional, helpful and pleasant. A salesperson came out the next day(at my request) to give me an estimate on a new system.

Very quick service. Technician came out within hours after calling. Explained that our unit needed to replaced. Offered different options between units. They started the job and stayed until they completed. Followed back up within a couple of days to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We turned our air on when it started to get hot last year and it just didn't cool the house. We called one company and they didn't even answer our call. Then we called HVAC and even though it was several hot days in a row, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, replaced a few minor parts, cleaned and recharged the AC and we were cool again.

The system just never seemed to work well for us. We don't think it is large enough for our home. The tech came as soon as we called him to our home to add the Freon but we thought what they charged us was high. We would not use this company again in the future.

Great! Immediate answer, called back as promised and arrived the same day. Fixed our AC on a very hot day when I'm sure a lot of people were also just turning their systems on for the first time. No problems with it since.
