Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I had to call them multiple times over the first 4 years and it was never done right. They wired the thermostat to bypass the heat pump and their fix for everything was Freon. My electric bills were 800.00 so I could no longer use it. Turned unit off for several years then this past winter and summer turned it on. This past summer the temp would reach 70 and keep climbing with thermostat on 68. This winter I had to turn it on and motor in furnace went out first night. Called an honest service and he found duck work loose from vents, no return upstairs, bad motor on furnace and bad reversing unit on the outside. He honestly said he could not see that it could have ever worked the way it was installed.
