I know the price sounds high, but those are mostly labor costs because it took many hours of frustrating testing to find the seemingly menial amp leak that was draining my car battery each night. It turned out to be a faulty door lock switch. Who would have guessed.
One of the reasons I am so fond of these mechanics is because I am a woman, but they don't patronize me the way some auto repair places do. I've also had transmission work done here and they spoke to me about it like an intelligent human being.
Another reason I like these guys is because I have an old Saturn. Since Saturn is out of production, it can be extremely difficult and/or expensive to find parts for older models. I simply let the guys at Crawford know that I'm on a tight budget and they scanned their contacts to find me replacements parts to fit my needs.
