Great!!! Fixed my TV in about 2 hours, AND charged me $25 less than they said it would be. Highly recommended!!! ?

We have a 2005 Sony 52 inch LCD television, and the TV stopped working on September 7, 2011. I live out in a rural area of Glasgow, Kentucky, and it is hard to find qualified service technicians. Well, I decided to join Angie's List, and I have to say that I was delighted with the results. First, I called the Sear's service with an unsatisfactory result. Not only did it take over 6 hours for a return call, Sear's Repair Center would not be able to come to my home until September 22, 2011. This was totally unacceptable, and I laughed when I told the Sear's representative that I would not be using their service. I was not going to wait 15 days for them to just come and look at the unit. When I became tired of waiting for the Sear's representative to call back, I went back to Angie's List, and I found Brown's Entertainment Center in Glasgow, Kentucky. There were no reviews on the company, but I decided to try because it was a local company. I prefer to give work to our community, so I called. My husband spoke with Roy about the TV over the phone, and Roy was able to figure out what was wrong with the TV, and he ordered the part. Within two days, Roy had the part, and he called to repair the TV the same day. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Roy is very nice man, and we also found out that we can purchase equipment from his company. He told us that he can get us almost anything that we were interested in for the future. We were very very happy with Roy and we will be using his company in the future.
