Home Inspection
Very poorly. Inspector missed water damage to bathroom sub floor and deteriorated floor joists. Cost to remedy was $1800.00. When contacted, he returned and admitted he erred, but said that contract limited his responsibility to the fee paid. You hire a professional and expect him to act as such. Whatever happened to pride in one's work?
