 + -1 moreIt was done when they said it would be. And since they had other deliveries in town, they reduced our delivery fee accordingly. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism they provided.
Description of Work: Touch of Class told me how much fabric to buy (it was just right), picked up and delivered the piece when completed.

Description of Work: Heather reupholstered our couch and ottoman. She did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. It looks like new. The whole process was simple and easy. After submitting photos and measurements via email, she gave us a quote for the labor and let us know how much material was needed. She also gave me a few suggestions for fabric stores. Thanks again Heather!

 + -1 moreWhen our favorite club style armchair and ottoman, a ten year old Pier One purchase, split in the seat and on the ottoman surface, we did not want to throw it out. I called a friend who had had several pieces of furniture redone over the years, and asked who she used. She recommended A Touch O Class. A quick call got me right through to the owner, Heather, and she had me send photos of the set along with dimensions, via email. She then gave me a quote, as well as the amount of fabric I would need to buy. She is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and practical, and very efficient. We purchased the fabric, and she called us a few weeks earlier than she has originally estimated being able to fit the project in. We were delighted. She came to pick up the furniture, and had it completed within a week or less.
Description of Work: Heather reupholstered a club chair and ottoman for us in faux leather that we had purchased online. She gave us great recommendations on fabric types that would work for our needs, then gave us a very accurate time frame in which she could complete the project. She picked up the chair and ottoman, then delivered them when she was finished. Her work is exceptional, and she is very professional, friendly, and honest. We LOVE the chair, and are planning on asking her to reupholster a couch.
