It was done when they said it would be. And since they had other deliveries in town, they reduced our delivery fee accordingly. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism they provided.

When our favorite club style armchair and ottoman, a ten year old Pier One purchase, split in the seat and on the ottoman surface, we did not want to throw it out. I called a friend who had had several pieces of furniture redone over the years, and asked who she used. She recommended A Touch O Class. A quick call got me right through to the owner, Heather, and she had me send photos of the set along with dimensions, via email. She then gave me a quote, as well as the amount of fabric I would need to buy. She is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and practical, and very efficient. We purchased the fabric, and she called us a few weeks earlier than she has originally estimated being able to fit the project in. We were delighted. She came to pick up the furniture, and had it completed within a week or less.
