They were awesome. All of their products are excellent quality. They let me take home rugs to try and then exchange if colors were not compatible with the rooms they were to be used in. Everyone went out of their way to be sure we were happy with our purchases.

From them, we got a pub table, pub chairs, an L-couch and ottoman. They helped us choose all of the fabric. They had an interior decorator there with us to help. We brought paint chips and carpet in and they worked with us for two days to get the right items. They were very conscience of the price points. They let us know how much everything was going to cost in advance. My husband wanted nicer things than we usually get. So the price was for good quality furniture so it will last for a long time. When they had a problem with a fabric, they told us right away that things were back ordered. Except for the ottoman, which was a manufacturer's problem, everything came right away. Any pieces that came later, they sent a separate truck and delivered it to us. When the pieces were late due to the manufacturer, they delivered it to us and did not charge us for it. They work really hard to satisfy their customer. They are very careful to let you know the price points along the way to make sure you aren't surprised with the final price. They don't try to do the lost leader bit, they work with you. Both Rick and their father Dick are very professional and easy to work with and make sure that you're happy with the final product.
