SOAPY JOE'S CAR WASH

We drove up the entrance of Soapy Joes auto wash where we were asked which wash we'd like. We stated we wanted the Deluxe and so were charged the maximum $15.00 for the RainX wash which was to include many features such as deluxe washing, spot free rinsing, tire and undercarriage scrubbing, etc. There was really no way of knowing whether we actually got the wash we'd paid for as it seems the gentlemen working at the carwash just program the machine for which wash we asked for and in we go. Upon exiting the carwash everything seemed to be cleaner and so we drove away. We realized after getting home that the tires had a film over them and will need to be rewashed and wiped down and that there are spots of soap everywhere! We do not feel like this was the "Deluxe" wash we had paid for. I normally wash my own vehicle and this was the very first time I have ever paid for a carwash. It looks as though I will be doing my own carwashes from here on out! I would NOT reccommend this place to others. They have a seperate area where you can pay and wash your own vehicle...I may just do that next time!
