 + -1 moreWe contacted the Better Business Bureau when Pam Mosely of Quality Plus Homes told us she would keep the $757 that she owes us. We also paid a $500 no refundable pet deposit, so they basically kept over $1200 when we moved out ($500 pet deposit, $257 unused rent, $500 rental deposit). The rental agreement clearly stated that they would refund the deposit. We did no damage to the home, our pets did no damage to the home. We spend 8 hours cleaning the home before we left, and all that needed cleaning after that was the carpets. Ms. Mosley told us she would send us a check for ($257 + $500) minus the cost to clean the carpets. NEVER HAPPENED! She told us after calling her 4 times that we would get nothing. She gave no explanation, no detail, no excuse. They were just going to keep the money because we live in SC now and they feel they can take advantage of us. I would not recommend that anyone looking for a rental property in Georgetown KY approach these crooks. There are too many good businesses out there to use these people.
Description of Work: If you are thinking of renting a property from the Pam Mosely, or Lyndsey Mosely, you need to just turn around and run in the opposite direction. These people are crooks. We rented from them for 2 years. We never missed a payment and even paid ahead of time if we were going to be out of town on the date the rent was due. When we moved to SC in July Pam Mosely agreed to refund to us any unused days of rent. NEVER HAPPENED. They agreed to refund those days and our $500 deposit, minus carpet cleaning.... NEVER HAPPENED. After 4 phone calls and many promisies, they told us we would get nothing and would not explain why. I am sure that since we now live in SC they feel they can get away with it.
