Pennington Renovations strives to provide professional and honest service to our customers. We are honored to have had the opportunity in serving the Central Kentucky area for over 25 years. Founder and owner, Mark Pennington, a 4th generation builder, has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Our company specializes in historic home preservation, foundation repair, complete home and barn renovation, as well as home remodeling and custom carpentry. Our employees (skilled carpenters) strive to deliver excellence while paying very close attention to detail. Building the future, restoring the past!
