Had to blast out rock to build basement. Poured basement walls. Prepped basement for future finishing. Because the basement is not a walkout, suggested that I add bathtub while the opening to basement is large enough. (Wouldn't have been able to get it into the basement after stairs were installed.)
Built house after helping me with selections of brick or siding. Helped with all the decisions I had to make concerning appliances and finishes.
