First, they gained entry by giviing deceptive informtion as to the nature of their intnt. A lady named Debra knocked on the door and said she was from a new company in the area and they were offering samples of their service by cleaning my carpet with a dry foam process. She askd to see the area I'd like cleaded. I confirmed it was free and allowed her to come in. She called hr cohort and told me wouldbe hre in a few minutes with their equipment. He shows up in a little bit carying a kirby vacuum cleaner box. I knew i was had. eing the d***** i sometimes am, I allowed them to complete their presentation, shame on me. But I didn't buy and he kept trying for about 20 minutes. Finally they started to work on my carpet. I went into the other room just to see if they would and sure enough,they only completed part of it. About what I came to expect. Funny thing is I liked the product but based on the first 2 employees I don't think I could rely on them or trust them to keep their word. If they come to your door, just say no.
