First cut unsatisfactory. Had promised some cleanup on first cut. No cleanup of any kind - instead cut up twigs with mower causing much more difficult cleanup of lawn. I called and complained and asked when he was going to cut the grass next. Never replied, never showed up to cut never contacted me after I complained. Left me high and dry and I had to ire another lawn person to cut my lawn.
