Flooring, Hardwood Flooring Service
After 2 months, the boards began to separate. We later learned that the flooring was not properly acclimatized prior to installation. Furthermore, the subfloor was not flat enough per the manufacturers instructions. First, he blamed the structural integrity of the house. Then he said that there was some sort of "deviation of the subfloor." His attorney is now saying, "If you wanted acclimatization of the product, that was your responsibility" and that he "cannot be blamed for the fact that the subfloor was not sufficiently flat". He has offered a small settlement that doesn't cover our costs.

Over all it went excellent. They came when they said they would and did what they did they would do and finished in the time frame that they estimated.
