Very efficient n fast my technician Martin went above n beyond for the work done I could not have asked for better and everything he done was an improvement from the previous version of mailboxes. I would highly recommend hiring them to have an work like that done

He hung the Tv but did not hook the receiver back and didn’t seem to know how todo this , That would be part of the job , to put accessories back as found. I must pay more money to get the receiver. Hooked up. I feel he only did half the job. Moot good.

It was very hard to help with wiring when the remote necessary was destroyed by a K9 to the point of being inoperative. I hate that you are having to pay more to get a receiver, yet that wasn’t a part of the original job. I sincerely hope that you are able to clearly remedy the problem in time for the holidays. Mr. Anderson arrived on time with all his equipment. He examined my heating and air unit and my furnace. He explained everything in layman's terms. Personally, showing the thing that were going good with my unit outside and prepared it for the summer. The furnace was a big surprise. He had video of what he found and wiring installed incorrected that caused the emergency stop button not to function correctly. I was surprised, that could have been bad because my furnace is upstairs. Very friendly, diligent and affordable.
