AMC Home Inspections did the property inspection for a 3 unit apartment complex that we purchased.  They were responsive and scheduled our appointment quickly.  The inspector was prompt to the appointment, professional and very pleasant to work with.  The inspection was thorough as he really went through this property with a fine tooth comb!  He was careful to make sure he pointed out the most important issues with the property to us in great detail. The report was very thorough and he was very patient with answering all of our questions.  We would use AMC Home Inspections again.
