The repair person came promptly , turned off the light and showed how the panel works in general . Did not charge for the visit. We have used them before and are impressed with their honesty and excellent service.

Both times Mark was right on time call to say was on his way. He had the parts and took care of both in a short time. He, also, found why my washing machine was not cleaning well and had the part for that, too. I had thought that the machine was just getting old so had said nothing about that problem.

Went well. Had a PM appt and he was there right after lunch. Fixed the problem even though it was an intermittent problem. Very pleased and will keep his card.
