Steve Cain's All Vacuum Center
About us
All Vacuum Center started in 1976 at the corner of 20th and Greenup Streets in Covington as a father and son vacuum sales and repair shop. Previously owned by Jim Cain, a door-to-door salesman for over 24 years, our vacuum service has since been taken over by his son, Steve, in 1987. Steve has been in the business of selling and repairing new and used vacuums, as well as keeping his thousands of customers happy, for almost two-thirds of his life.

When I went into Steve's shop I was greeted by the shop dog who wagged her tail and set the tone for the rest of the encounter. Steve and Bill listened to my experience with Kirkwood's and apologized for the way I was treated. They got on the floor with my vacuum and in 2 minutes diagnosed the problem. I asked if anything else should be replaced on my 7 yr old vacuum. Bill explained that for $139 he would take apart the vacuum, check and clean everything and replace any worn out parts.
Less than 24 hours later they called to say my vacuum was ready. When I walked into the shop I almost didn't recognize it- it was so shiny and clean it looked brand new! It even smelled great. They carried my vacuum out to the car and 2 days later sent me a thank you note!
The vacuum moves like it's been turbo charged! Seriously, I hardly need to push it. It's always done a great job of picking up animal hair and dirt, but the new parts have really increased it's suction. I couldn't be happier with my experience. These gentlemen are true professionals.
"Thank you (removed member name)! We are happy you appreciate our service and endorse us. We will continue to offer the same customer service to all who enter our store. Your friends at All Vacuum, including Cola, wish you a Merry Christmas!"
