I have had nothing but wonderful service from them. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

Signature Hardware is an online company. I was looking for a very unique cabinet because I have a very small bathroom, so I need a corner cabinet, and Signature Hardware was the one place I could find a cabinet that I really wanted. So it's kind of like a unique piece. They were good, I was pleased, I was satisfied. I called up and they delivered everything on time, there was no damage.
Response from Signature Hardware
"Thank you so much for your feedback! We are certainly glad that we were able to provide you with what you were looking for. Enjoy!"

The towel bars were missing a tiny screw, and we couldn't put them up without it. We contacted Signature and they were able to get us a new piece. We got that piece as quickly as possible and it works just fine.
Response from Signature Hardware

The initial purchases went fine. We did our initial searches online and then went to their showroom in Crescent Springs to see things in person (especially the tub) and make sure it fit our body sizes and we were comfortable in it. Items were delivered to our house with no damage. After that things started to go downhill.
It turns out the tub is wider than standard 36" door frames. We could have realized that on our own, but it would have been nice if the sales person had asked us to make sure. So rather than stopping the remodel completely, sending the entire tub back at our own expense, etc., we elected to have the remodeler tear out two door frames in order to get the tub into our master bath. This added a few extra days and extra cost to the project. Unpleasant setback, but not a dealbreaker.
Then there's the tub drain. Our remodeler deals with Signature Hardware regularly, and called them to make sure we had the correct drain. They assured us we had the correct drain. Upon trying to install, however, we realized the drain could not work at all. So they sent us another drain. That one didn't work either. Third time was a charm...at first. At least that one was installable. The problem was it didn't work. In a Japanese soaking tub, the water depth (and therefore the pressure) is much higher than in a traditional tub. So upon our first use, we couldn't get the drain stopper to stay up when we wanted to drain the tub. My wife literally had to reach down and hold the drain up with her fingers until the water level dropped low enough for it to stay up on its own. So much for peace and serenity by soaking in a hot bath.
After several phone calls, we were told by one of Signature Hardware's master plumbers that the type of drains they assured us would work (#1, #2, and #3) don't work with Japanese soaking tubs and we would need a different type of drain altogether...requiring removal of the tub and drain, installation of the new drain, and then reinstallation of the tub. Signature Hardware said all this would be at our own expense. Seriously? After multiple assurances they were selling us the correct drain? Even escalating to their management didn't do any immediate good ("You go ahead and pay for it, submit the invoice to us, and then we'll evaluate and see if we're willing to reimburse you for any of the costs.") Finally our remodeler stepped in and did the right thing. He said he would work directly with Signature Hardware to obtain the correct drain and perform the necessary work, even if he had to eat the costs himself. The work was finally done and our tub works great and looks great.
As nice as their materials are, I don't ever want to do business with Signature Hardware again. Their idea of customer service is unacceptable.

Great folks to work with. I measured incorrectly for the sink and ordered the wrong size. Didn't realize it for 3 months!! Had no trouble returning the wrong size sink and getting the correct one. The sales folks were really great. This could have been a real hassle, but it was easy. They have a great selection of items and the showroom is great!!
Am a repeat customer and will definitely continue to shop there.

Signature Hardware has a beautiful showroom! They have items that you will not see at other stores. The salespeople are very nice and helpful. After you choose the item you want in the showroom you can take it home with you that day. It takes about ten minutes to get it from the factory, which is onsite. I purchased a kitchen faucet and the price was very competitive with other places that carry the same type of product. I also purchased aged bronze (solid bronze not bronze-finish) floor registers which I could not find anywhere else. I highly recommend Signature Hardware if you are remodeling or even if you just need to replace small things in your house.

We decided to use them because they are local and have the best price in town. They also offer fast availability. They are manufacturers of bathroom faucets, shower heads and bathtubs, and I would highly recommend them if you are considering a bathroom remodel yourself. They are most likely to have in stock the things that you are looking for.

They were outstanding. I found them on the Internet. They sell a lot of household stuff, but mostly they have bathroom stuff. It's a big Internet outfit, but it is located right in our backyard. I was pleased to find it being so close. I drove over there and they have an amazing showroom. I had the best service I have ever had in a long time. Everybody is so pleasant and helpful. They were amazing. They have great prices and a great selection. It's nice on the Internet, but if you happen to live in this area, it's even better. They said they had people drive down from Chicago and other places. It is a destination for some folks. Most of their business is on the Internet. It's a big warehouse, but they do have a showroom that is privately owned. I don't know who the buyer is. They have an amazing collection of stuff and the prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately I did not discover the place until the house was done. I saw a copper sink there that looked almost identical to the one we purchased for our house from another place and it was less than half the price. I have been in their showroom probably 3 times and they just cannot be more helpful. Everybody you talk to is just so friendly, delightful, and knowledgeable. I even went as far as to ask them about their customer service training because they were so exemplary. The woman there said they didn't do anything special. It's who they hire. The culture there is very upbeat. People are happy at work there. I will definitely go back there.

I was nervous purchasing plumbing supplies online - especially from a distant state. However, I did a online chat consult and finally a phone line consult to set things up. As it turned out - they were out of the hardware we wanted and they had to put together a similar alternative. Some of the pieces arrived in the wrong finish - but this was rectified with overnight shipping (TIP: carefully review your online confirmation). I was frustrated that I had to pay up front to fix this, but I was given an overnight shipping box and a credit issued when the incorrect piece was returned. The tub and hardware arrived in a large wooden crate in perfect condition. I was very happy when the plumber told me that it was very high quality - the nicest he had ever seen. The price could not be beat by our local supply company or the big box stores. It is all installed now and it looks fantastic and works perfectly. A leap of faith - a few bumps - but a great product at a great price.

It was a horrendous experience. They delivered the sink. It was unglazed around the edge and other parts. It wasn’t equal in length; it was shorter on one side. The quality of the product was compromised. It took multiple calls to them to get the sink replaced. The replacement wasn’t better. We were under a time crunch with having the countertops installed. So, we had to settle for something which wasn’t good. Now, it fits well, but it is still unglazed around the edge. They were very pricey.
