Joe arrived on time. After talking about the issue he went to work to diagnose. He quickly found the problem, gave me options, and I decided to replace the fuse and heating element. The problem was fixed in 45 minutes.

They came yesterday evening to diagnose the problem. Got the part and put it in today. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely fantastic! Joe Sandusky at Premier Appliance Repair diagnosed and replaced my non-working ice maker on my Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator in the most timely, courteous and efficient manner. I was quite impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality, quality of work and price. I would highly recommend Joe for any appliance repair needs.

The technician unplugged the washer, much like you'd do when rebooting a computer, waited about 15 minutes, then plugged it back into the electrical outlet and ran two full cycles on the machine. It worked!

While the fix may seem trivial, I had run out of options before I decided to call for help. I had, in fact, unplugged the machine previously but only for a minute or two, not aware that the power disconnect needed to be of a longer duration.

The technician charged me half of what was quoted on the phone and also said if the machine started acting up again within 30 days Premier would apply the $40 toward the total repair cost.

He was very nice. He is professional and he has been in business for many years. He has very good communication and he is very quick and very responsible and not very greedy.

I contacted Premier Appliance, after seeing good reviews on Angies List, about our in door ice dispenser problem with my 3 year old Whirlpool unit as it stopped working and I could not remove the unit to even try to clean it.  Joe came out and quicky figured out it was significantly frozen so he worked for over 45 minutes to unfreeze the unit and remove it.  He then diagnosed the prolem as a flap that was not sealing properly and letting room air in causing the freeze up problem.  He said the new part would be in within 48 hours upon which time he returned and removed the defective flap and installed the new one.  He also gave us some valuable tips on how to avoid this problem in the future.  The really good news about Premier is that they did not charge to come out and give a quote and the final cost was less than the estimate.  Not by much but still less.  We have always used Sears for our appliance repairs but after this experiance Premier Appliance Repair will now be our first call.

The technician showed up promptly at the appoint time. It was same day service. Extremely professional. When I told him my problem. He was up front and said that it was probably 1 of 2 things, compressor or related switches. He also told me the "fix" price if it was either. After approx 15 minutes of work the problem was the compressor. There was was no pressure to fix it. He left the decision up to me to make. Based on the cost to fix and the age of the refrigerator we decide not to fix it. Cost of service call was 40.00.

Called Joe and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and started work. It took him very little time to find the problem and correct it. Gave us some hints for keeping the machine working properly. We have used this company previously and have found them to be professional and courteous. Will continue to use them in the future.

I called Joe and he said it would be a couple of hours and he would give us a call about 15-20 minutes prior to arriving.  He did call and showed up a short time later.  The washer was full of water with the door closed and would not drain.  He determined the pump was defective and would have to go to the shop and get one.  He promptly did so, came back and replaced the pump.  Now the washing machine works fine.  He did a great job.  He was prompt and courteous.  Thanks for giving us good service.

Joe was fast and efficient. He arrived at the quoted time, quickly diagnosed issue and gave options and explanations.  He was in and out in under an hour, maintained a clean work environment and was respectful of family and house.  We were delighted.

Joe was absolutely fantastic. My daughter had sprung the microwave door by slamming it so hard that it had bounced down and back up. It had warped the entire frame. Joe worked on it on 2 separate occasions, spending a number of hours removing it from the wall, replacing the frame and trying to bend it back so it would make contact. He was unable to totally fix it however; and suggested that I call the number in the manufacturer's guide. Because of this he refused to charge me any labor. I only had to pay for the part that he replaced which was around $75. I have never encountered anyone so honest and so humble. I did call the manufacturer and they sent someone and I was able to get it repaired. Because of Joe's honesty and integrity I have recommended him to my supervisor at work. He has done various repair jobs for her and she has been extremely pleased. Even though he was unable to fix my microwave, I would totally use him again because of his prompt reply to my call, his honesty and his integrity.

Thought there might be a problem with our dryer. Called Premier on a Saturday hoping to get an appointment for Monday, spoke to Joe who said he would be there in about 90 minutes.

He came out and checked out the dryer and found no problems.  Price was very reasonable and he even called back on Monday to see how it was going.  Joe was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  Highly recommend Premier.

Diagnosed problem why the refrigerator was not running as a blown circuit board. Installed a new board and it is running again.

We were having trouble with our laundry not drying.  We were not sure if the dryer was malfunctioning or the washer (as clothes coming out of the washer into the dryer seemed wetter than usual and were taking much longer to dry).  Premier checked both the washer and dryer and diagnosed the problem to be the washer:  analysis appears to be right on target, since the repair to the washer was completed, the dryer is drying the clothes in normal time.

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful.  He even checked an additional problem we were having with our refrigerator and told us how to correct it. 

The price was fair.  We are pleased with the results and will recommend and use Premier in the future. 

I let a message w/Premier around 12noon. Got a return call 5 minutes later for a 1:30pm appt on the same day.
Received a courtesy called before arrival, Tech was prompt, friendly & gave accurate estimate for repair. Would definitely use Premier Appliance Repair in the future.
