They were the cheapest. They did it for half the cost of the next closest bid so you can't really knock them, so I would say it's a family business father and son in there, their nice people.

Paul was referred to us by friends and he installed an air conditioner at our last house for a very reasonable price. He is very reasonable and honest. I trust him to repair rather than replace and I can't say that about more well known area HVAC specialists. He's responsive and easy to schedule.

On a previous visit, Paul noticed that our outdoor A/C unit was literally falling over. The original mounting brackets had been installed incorrectly and gave out, then a previous owner had propped the unit up on bricks. Paul re-mounted the unit with new, very nice-looking brackets that were properly drilled into the house. Then he came inside and did a thorough cleaning and tune-up on our furnace. The blower wheel was caked with gunk causing it to vibrate, so he pulled it out completely and soaked it in acid to restore it to its original balance. This took care of the vibration.

Perfect Climate is my first phone call when anything goes wrong with our old HVAC. Paul is friendly, professional, polite, and honest. He gives us all the options, not just the most expensive one. He does the job for the agreed upon price, even if it ends up taking longer than expected.

Paul at Perfect Climate is my first call when anything goes wrong with the not-so-great furnace/AC/heat pump that are installed in our 25-year-old house. At the moment, we can't afford to upgrade our whole HVAC system, so Paul fixes the problems when they arise and helps us get as much time out of our units as possible. On this visit, our A/C had stopped working. The outdoor unit wouldn't even turn on. He came out and found very quickly that the capacitor had gone bad. He replaced it on the spot, and ta-da, the A/C started working again. More importantly, though, he noted that the outdoor unit had been mounted very poorly. The original mounting brackets weren't drilled far enough into the foundation so they had fallen, and rather than having it re-mounted, one of the previous owners had propped up the unit on bricks, and it was falling over. Paul gave us an estimate to re-mount the unit, and we called a few days later to schedule the service.

No problem, on time for appointment, thorough job, added full service to repair. After work complete, prepaid for preventative maintenance which was followed through as agreed.
