Patrick, the owner/manager, and craftsman (have forgotten his name, David?) arrived on time with all their equipment to explain the job. The entire job took about three hours. The marble in this bath is about fifteen years old and truly looks like new. They take their time and do a thorough job working around the toilet and making sure not to harm the woodwork. They even use drop cloths where needed. I have used this company before with the same results.
