The home I was looking at was a 3 bedroom with a finished basement but legally it was a 2 bedroom with an unfinished basement. After first looking at the home we had an inspection and come to find out the basement violated several fire codes and technically cannot be listed as a finished basement which included one of the bedrooms in the initial listing. So I paid $750, $325 for the loan application plus $425 for the home inspection which I only spent because I was led to believe this was a 3 bedroom with a full basement. I have tried to resolve this on my own but they are not willing to respond. I believe the listing of the home was misrepresented which caused me to go further with this reality group which in turn cost me $750 for nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone or ever use them again!
