I called Henn after another big name plumbing company failed to completely fix the drip. Apparently, they (big name company) missed a cracked seat that caused the faucet to continue to drip after the big name company replaced the stems but failed to examine the seats.
Mr. Henn was awesome! He found the cracked seats and replaced them in 30 minutes.

We did not find them from Angie’s List. I got them from a recommendation of a plumber on Angie’s List that was not licensed in Kentucky. We would use them again in the future.

They did fine. I think they are reasonable and I think that they come quickly; you set-up an appointment and they come pretty quickly. We have used them twice now.

Very good service. Arrived the same day I requested help, he unhooked the old natural gas line and then he came back after the grill was delivered and hooked up a new line for us. (Same day as I advised him we received the grill and that it was ready anytime when he was.)

PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. A GREAT GROUP OF GUYS WITH TONS OF EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND CREATIVE AND MADE OUR PROJECT EASIER. THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE WHEN SCHEDULED, AND EASY TO GET A HOLD OF FOR QUESTIONS AFTERWARD.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN LETTING US KNOW EVERTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THE COUST OF EVERTHING UP FRONT. THEY ALSO GAVE US ALOT OF CHOICES ON FAUCTS.
