HE IS EXTREMELY NEAT AND NEVER LEAVES A MESS. HE IS PUNCTUAL AND I'VE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIM AT ALL. I'VE USED HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED.

I THINK THIS IS A ONE MAN (AND WOMAN) OPERATION. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEAN AND PROMPT. HE EVEN POINTED OUT A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS PROBLEM IN MY DUCTWORK THAT HE FIXED FOR FREE. HE CHANGED WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY A VERY SHODDY INSTALLATION JOB (OF THE OLD UNIT) TO A VERY PROFESSIONAL ONE. HE EVEN TOOK AWAY MY OLD HOT WATER HEATER DESPITE THE FACT THAT LOWE''S HAD FORGOTTEN TO CHARGE ME FOR THIS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THE OVERALL PRICE HAS MORE TO DO WITH LOWE''S THAN WITH HIM, BUT OVERALL I SAVED NEARLY $200 OVER ''THE SERVICE EXPERTS'' AND OTHER FIRMS.
Description of Work: FOUND THIS COMPANY THROUGH BUYING A WATER HEATER AT LOWE''S. R HON IS A CONTRACTOR THAT DOES SOME OF THEIR INSTALLATIONS. I BOUGHT THE HEATER AT 2PM, HE WAS AT MY HOUSE BY 5PM, AND I HAD HOT WATER AT 6:30.
