It went very well (we have used them multiple times). they get out almost all stains - except for one red "kool aid" type stain and black air infiltration around the edges of a stairway that are above the garage. So they get out almost all the stains/dirt. Carpets look like new again - and they correctly noted in advance the two stains they said they might not be successful.

I gave Greg the rooms, steps and chair as what was to be cleaned. He gave me .40 per sq. ft. We chatted on the phone. He came to the house, was prompt and did a fantastic job. I have an old,worn carpet and this is the best it's ever looked Still looking good now(4/05/10) I would highly recommend him, in fact I did to my son.

We called them and they came out within an hour. I was shocked. They were fast, cleaned it up, and gave me advice on what I needed to do if the problem happened again so I didn't have to make an emergency call.

I LIKE HAVING THE SAME PERSON CLEAN MY CARPET EACH TIME. HE IS GREAT. WHILE VERY EXPENSIVE, THEY ARE REALLY, REALLY GOOD; I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES; I HAVE DISCOVERED, IN TALKING WITH OTHERS THAT IT VERY MUCH DEPENDS ON WHICH AREA YOU ARE IN AND WHO DOES YOUR CARPET WITH THE FRANCHISES AND LARGER STORES. I HAVE TO AGREE.
