they overall did a good job and in timely manner. handled the situation with us and the insurance company very well. and the coordination of the rental car.

I received excellent / quick service. I was quoted 3-5 days for the repairs and got it back in 3 days. Enterprise rental car is connected to the auto body shop so it was very convenient to walk over and get a rental car. This was my first time at Dand Js and if I need to have work done again I will definitely be going back.

My brand new vehicle was parked on the street and someone drove into the back end of it. Because it was new, Dand J went the extra mile and successfully convinced the insurance company to purchase a new lift gate as opposed to repairing the damaged one. The car came out looking like new again...

Hit a wild turkey at approximately 70 mph on the interstate. Lots of front end damage. Took vehicle to D and J and rented a car at Enterprise right next door. The estimate, repair and services performed were all prompt, efficient and professional. When communicating with the office, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We could not be happier with the work that was performed on our vehicle. The car looks great. We would ABSOLUTELY use D and J again.
**Note: Amount of money and quot;spentand quot; was total for repairs to the car, but insurance was used, so actual out of pocket was our deductible.

From my brother's recommendation I took my car to Dand J for repair. I checked Angie's List first and found one not so good review with along with other positive reviews. I decided to go there anyway going with the positive reviews and my brother's recommendation. I'm glad I did. Not only was my car finished in a timely manner it was completed well above the initial estimated time. But the most important my car looks awesome. They did a wonderful job!!! Highly recommended!!!

I delivered my vehicle in August of 2010 for minor body work and touch-up painting as outliined above.They said they would provide an estimate within a week, that never happened. I never recived an estimate either written or verbal at any point. It took them a month for them to finally tell me I could pick up the vehicle and the cost was $610. This was after numerous calls checking on work status. I was not happy with the work as performed so I did not pick up the vehicle at that time. I notified them of my concerns and they said they would take care of additonal repairs It took another almost 3 weeks to do additional work and the cost increased to $1240.10. Still no estimate was given prior to any addtonal work. During the course of performing that work, three emblems were removed from the tail gate of the vehicle that were not replaced. It took another aproximately 2.5 months for them to send me the parts that then turned out to be incomplete. After over 4 months I was left with an incomplete job. I couldn't trust them to do any additonal work. I obtained an estmate for similar work from another company that was signifcantly less. I am left with having to have another company complete the work. Overall the customer service and turn around time were horrible. Promises on dates of comepletion were consistently broken. The quality of work performed was average. They didn't complete the job and the cost was excessive based on an estmate from another shop. A claim was filed with the BBB. Truly a nightmare experience!

Price was great and reasonable. They worked to get me the best deal. They did keep the car longer than expected by two days, but it was no big deal for us. Only problem - we didn't realize you can only pay in cash or check - no credit cards! Would definitely recommend them.

In addition to their own convenient location, their next door neighbor is Enterprise Car Rental. I literally made one stop and accomplished two tasks just by walking a few yards across the parking lot. That was significant for me, since it was extremely cold out.

Instead of telling me I needed a new bumper, like everybody else did, he was able to fix it to where it was presentable. It looks really good.
