They are changing the way you log into you email and it is very difficult to get to your email. It appears that they are switching and they don't thoroughly follow through before they put it to work and get the bugs out. When you call to get help you are calling India and I can't understand them. The person I called either didn't understand the problem or couldn't fix the problem but he just wanted to get me off the phone. I couldn't not pick up the phone because I had no service in New York and Michigan. I could walk to my front door and loose my signal. They are at the bottom of all the companies for reception. When I would call their billing service their answer to everything is offer a free phone and she will be happy.
