A little late getting this review out, but I had to be sure to let everyone know the QUALITY of service you will receive if you book SOKY! Just a quick note - I have never had an inspection done, so this was all new to me. James is honestly one of the best people to work with! He made sure I was comfortable with the whole process knowing I have never done it before. I was shown important things to consider, items to bring up with the seller, and tips to help me moving forward with my home ownership. He even provided a booklet with information on what to do after your inspection/ purchase. Overall, the level of quality for the value is insurmountable. Even my agent was impressed at the service provided by SOKY, and is thrilled to recommend James for future purchases. 100/10 would recommend 😁

I just had my second inspection service performed by Jim and Dolphin Home Inspection. This time, it was for a windstorm mitigation inspection. Jim was able to schedule the inspection within a couple of days and of course, arrived right on time. He explained the details behind and the process of completing the windstorm inspection. He completed all of the required documentation in less than two hours and emailed me the final report just a few hours later. The services Jim provides, thanks to his extensive experience, are always spot on. I highly recommend Jim and Dolphin and look forward to my next project.
